Mango Chocolate Protein Smoothie (No Powder!)

This combo of flavors will keep you wanting more!

Super easy, minimal ingredients, chocolate mango flavor. Do you need to know more? :-) This smoothie is small but mighty, packed with all the goodness.

Frozen mango and coconut oil will add creaminess and will keep you nicely full. And, hemp seeds (below, I’m tagging the brand I’ve been using for a while now!) will will give you extra complete protein boost and help with your glowing skin (thanks to Omega 3 fatty acids).

Ingredients

1/3 medium-large banana

1/3 cup of frozen mango (or use fresh + ice cubes)

3 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 tsp of MCT or coconut oil

2/3 cup of almond chocolate milk (or sub other plant based milk + 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder)

Method

Simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to adjust the liquid ratio depending on your liking. You can sprinkle some cacao powder or cacao nibs on top for extra chocolate dimension!
