Ice Moringa Latte (with a Boost)

It’s finally summer!

Which means time to swap warm tea for something a bit cooler!

Have you tried moringa powder yet? It is rich in many nutrients and has amazing benefits- check it out here.

This easy to make cold drink will give you the needed afternoon boost or will be perfect mid morning pick me up. By adding some protein powder, we make the moringa drink more filling and if you decide to add the mushrooms to it, you’ll reap even more benefits (early research shows that lion’s mane mushroom is good for brain health, cognitive functions and has anti-cancer properties).

Serving: 1 large cup.


150ml of cold filtered water

120 ml of oat milk

1 tsp of moringa powder

3/4 scoop of vanilla protein powder

a few ice cubes

Optional (recommended): 1 tsp of lion’s mane mushrooms


Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth, for 10-15 seconds. Pour it in your favorite glass (or a jar, like me here!) and enjoy immediately with some extra ice cubes- it’s delicious!
