what is it?

During this one-off session, we would go through your pantry/ cupboards and fridge/freezer together to identify the foods to keep and the ones to crowd out (and I will explain why).

what to expect?

+ 1-2 hour session* (via FaceTime, Skype or phone)

+ practical general guidance on foods to add to your diet

+ ideas for creating a grocery list with the nutritious foods you will love

+ you will learn how to shop for groceries to stay healthy and not spend millions of $$

+ I will guide you through a sample weekly meal plan for you and your family.

*Optional, if you’re in SW/ Central London, I offer 1:1 grocery shopping tour with you! Up to 2-hours; I'll show you healthier shopping in practice and help you to find the foods on your list. Additional cost applies.
