1:1 transformative coaching

What is it?

This is 1:1 coaching that will leave you equipped with tools, confidence and ideas to start and maintain a healthy living. Each program is completely customized to each individual and where you’re at on your journey to healthier you.

We will work closely together for 8 sessions, during which we will focus on your wellness goals, expanding your knowledge about wellness practices and nutrition and sustaining the healthier habits. Our sessions will take place weekly/ biweekly enhance and accelerate the results and to keep you motivated. 

what to expect?

+ eight 1 hour calls (calls are scheduled on an individual basis; done via FaceTime, Skype, phone or if you’re in the SW/ Central London area, we can also meet in person)

+ ongoing support via email or text during the program

+ accountability and encouragement to keep you on track for achieving your set goals

+ sharing helpful resources, meal ideas, stress and time management strategies; focus on selfcare, wellness, nutrition, sleep, pregnancy, home cooking tips and/or other tips on wellbeing topics that will come up for you*

+ tools and strategies for successful long-term health improvements that last

+ free follow up call a month after the sessions are finished

+ option to add extra sessions once the program’s up.

*(This is a guide only. All coaching sessions will be tailored to your individual needs; we will look at your ‘secondary foods’ and assess various areas of life. Then, we will focus on any imbalances and address the areas that need improvement. Each client’s experience can vary depending on their initial consultation and needs).
