I’m a holistic health and wellness coach, with love for nourishing foods, baking, good conversation over coffee and all things natural!
My passion for living a holistic life and helping people access the best version of themselves is what motivates me each day. My personal experience of having navigated two wonderful pregnancies was a natural segway to what I do now: my coaching now focusses primarily on working with expectant mamas. By working together, I help them enjoy a healthy pregnancy and kickstart their mindful journey of motherhood.
My health and wellness journey began a few years back when I realized what being strong and healthy meant to me and how it could contribute to living a long and full life. Part of that realization was finding out the kitchen was truly my happy place! I began my journey of understanding how to nourish my body with healthy, tasty foods, feel better and stronger… despite getting older ☺
So I immersed myself in wellness books and blogs, recreated classic recipes with a healthy twist, began meditating, tested different fitness routines, learned about superfoods, and went on a quest to find all-natural beauty and skincare products.
My passion to approach health from a holistic perspective really came into focus when I became pregnant with my first child. I was acutely aware of wanting to nourish my body, soul and little human I was growing with the best quality products. I became adamant about experiencing a glowing, stress-free pregnancy and giving my baby girl her best start in life!
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2018. There, I learned about over 100 dietary theories and got a better-grasp of the concept of nutrition beyond the plate, or ‘primary foods’. The IIN program has helped me hone my skills as a health coach and has empowered me to effectively help with my clients’ transformations. In addition to my nutrition certification, I am also a member of the UK Health Coaches Association and I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Coaching accredited by Qualifi.
Prior to health coaching, I’ve worked in the corporate world for 12 years (and on 3 continents), where I served large multinational clients on various levels and had extensive experience in people management.

I don’t eat meat or fish, but my husband is a carnivore
Wheat free eating is my goal, but I believe in balance – gotta live a little (think: an almond croissant every now and then ;))
I love a good coffee + cake outing
I drink apple cider vinegar + lemon + warm water every morning
I could (and do) eat peanut butter with absolutely anything
